2008
Founded by Barbara Endicott-Popovsky, PRCCDC begins in 2008. Idaho State University and the University of Washington co-host the inaugural regional event in Redmond.

The University of Washington wins the Pacific Rim regional at Highline Community College, then earns its first national CCDC championship.

UW repeats as regional and national champion. Highline Community College hosts the fifth Pacific Rim competition.

Western Washington University wins PRCCDC at Highline Community College and qualifies for nationals for the first time.

UW wins a 12-team regional at Highline College. The year’s scenario includes industrial SCADA systems alongside the business services teams must maintain.
